Panchayat Bharti Various Test Rules and Syllabus:
No.KP/20/2021/PRR/10/2014/106/KH:- Using the powers conferred by
subsection (5) of section 227 read with section 274 of the Gujarat
Panchayats Act, 1993 (Guj .18 of 1993) and in lieu of all laws enacted
in this regard, the Government of Gujarat enacted the following rules
governing the Examination process in order to recognize the various
vacancies mentioned in Schedule I Gujarat Panchayats Services
Classification and Recruitment (General) Regulations, 1998, which fall
under Panchayat Higher Service (Class III), namely:
The
Government of Gujarat thereby enacted the following rules governing the
Examination Procedure for the recognition of persons in the various
posts mentioned in Schedule 1 of the Gujarat Panchayats Services
Classification and Recruitment (General) Regulations, 1998, which fall
under the Panchayat Service (Class III), namely: Subject short and
application.
(1) These rules may be referred to as the Gujarat Panchayat (Class III) Rental Services (Exam)), 2021.

These rules shall apply to the appointment of persons to positions
specified in Schedule - I Gujarat Panchayats Services Classification and
Recruitment (General) Regulations, 1998.
2. Definitions - In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.

(a) "Act" means the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993; (b) "Annexure" means
the annexure attached to these rules: (c) "Board" means the Gujarat
Panchayat Career Selection Board established under section 235 of the
Act: (d) "Candidate" means a person who meets the conditions of
eligibility. as contemplated in the terms of reference of the
appointment concerned: (e) "Development Commissioner" means the office
of the Commissioner for Development, Gujarat Region; (1 "Examination"
means an examination imposed under these rules: (g) "Government" means
the Government of Gujarat: (h) "Panchayat Service - means the Panchayat
Service as defined under section 227 of the Act.
3. Qualifications and Limitations.
Candidate
with the required qualifications, other qualifications and nomination
requirements. as set out in Annexure A and Annexure B added to these
rules, set out under the relevant hiring rules will be eligible for
admission to the Examination.
4 Announcement of vacancies and invitation applications.
The
Board, upon receipt of an application from the Development Commission
through Panchayats, the Department of Housing and Rural Development,
will advertise on the vacancy website, fill out detailed instructions
and invite online applications from candidates. However, the Board will
also publish short advertisements in prominent newspapers widely
distributed by the government, for information on candidates.
5. Holding Test.
The
Board will conduct an examination for the purpose of selecting
candidates for appointment to positions listed in Schedule - I of the
Gujarat Panchayats Services Classification and Recruitment (General)
Regulations, 1998.
6. The candidate will bear the costs. Baptism candidates are required to appear before the exam at their own expense

• 4. Questions that assess the required job knowledge and technical knowledge regarding educational qualifications.75 Gujarati
